Cypress Creek announces close of sale to EQT
New chapter centers around our mission of Powering a Sustainable Future, One Project at a Time
Cypress Creek Renewables is pleased to share that EQT Infrastructure’s acquisition of Cypress Creek Renewables has closed. EQT is now the sole owner of Cypress Creek, a leading vertically integrated renewable energy platform.
With EQT Infrastructure’s solid backing, Cypress Creek will accelerate its role in creating and operating projects to support the energy transition. We will continue to expand and differentiate our solar and energy storage Development and O&M Services businesses, while also growing our Fleet, with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
