As we prepare to enter the next chapter with EQT’s backing, we celebrate our team. Cypress Creek people are driven by our mission of Powering a Sustainable Future One Project at Time. Today we start with Shane Carpenter. Based in western North Carolina, Shane is a project manager in our O&M Services division and has been a part of the FLS Energy and now Cypress Creek team since 2010. Shane is cross trained to work with the Unmanned Aircraft Systems team and passionate about sediment and erosion control on solar assets. Shane embodies our value for care, as he works with safety at the forefront and compassion for his team.
Shane shared, “I started in the solar industry back in 2010 with just a high school diploma and a work history that included construction and various factory work. I was given the opportunity to grow and develop new skills here. I came looking for a job and ended up with a career, where personal growth is encouraged by a great support group of co-workers. I would like to thank all of you that have been a part of this journey with me.”
