A Message From Our CEO

March 14, 2024

I am writing to share the news that Becky Cranna has decided to leave Cypress Creek. Becky has contributed mightily to building this company to where we are today: a company with a mission to create a sustainable future, funded by a premier capital partner in EQT and driven by a team admirably committed to our work.

Becky has dedicated herself over the past 5 years to Cypress Creek . Under her leadership, we have embraced best practices to operate with a “best in class” safety mindset, we have grown our O&M Solutions business, improved our asset performance and embraced a mindset of continuous improvement in our everyday work.

Becky has worn many hats at Cypress Creek, from COO to CFO, to leading Digital, HSSE, Continuous Improvement, Supply Chain and EPCM. In addition, Becky has been an executive sponsor of our Technology and Innovation Council, our HSSE Council, and a member of our Investment Committee. I am very grateful to her for her unwavering commitment.

Please join me in honoring Becky’s significant contributions to Cypress Creek and wish her well moving forward as we continue our work toward a sustainable future.
