Roshan Popal
As CTO, Roshan leads the AI, Business Intelligence, Enterprise Systems, IT & Security, and Software Engineering functions at Cypress Creek. He brings 27 years of experience across multiple industries, with deep expertise spanning enterprise technology strategy, information security, and the deployment of AI-driven systems at scale.
Roshan has served in distinct technology leadership roles as a CTO, CIO, CISO, and General Manager of cloud operations. Prior to joining Cypress Creek, he served as an executive technology consultant, leading workstreams across M&A and carve-out transactions, AI enablement, and related initiatives. He brings extensive experience across both private equity-backed and public companies, including through an IPO. Over his career, Roshan has led teams of 100+, managed budgets exceeding $50M, and overseen more than $250M in cloud infrastructure.
Roshan holds a Bachelor of Science from SUNY Buffalo and a Master of Science in Information Systems from George Mason University.
