Nancy Bucher
Nancy leads Cypress Creek Energy’s people strategy, overseeing talent acquisition, employee growth and development, total rewards, and culture initiatives.
Prior to joining Cypress Creek, Nancy served as Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Golin, a global public relations and communications agency within Omnicom Group. She has also served in senior human resources roles at Circana (formerly IRI) and Netrix, leading the human capital side of several successful M&A transactions and driving organizational transformations. Throughout her career, Nancy has partnered with executive teams to build high-performing organizations, develop talent strategies, and foster strong workplace cultures.
Nancy holds a Bachelor of Science from Northwestern University and is certified in Change Management.
