North Carolina Community Leaders Cut Ribbon at One of the Largest Solar Farms East of the Mississippi

Today marks a particularly important milestone for Cypress Creek Renewables, as we cut the ribbon on one of the largest solar farms east of the Mississippi, our Innovative Solar 46 project. We were proud to be joined by Congressman Robert Pittenger (R-NC9), N.C. Representative John Szoka (R-NC45), Cumberland County Commission Chair Glenn Adams and other civic and business leaders.

The Innovative Solar 46 project is a prime example of how North Carolina is a true renewable energy leader for the region and the nation. The state currently boasts more than 3,000 megawatts of installed solar, second most in the entire country. We thank our elected leaders and our local business partners for their part in building the solar industry in the state and bringing projects such as Innovative Solar 46 to fruition.
