2026 Energizing Tomorrow’s Leaders Scholarship Winners

Cypress Creek Energy is proud to announce that 45 graduating high school seniors from 24 communities nationwide have been selected as recipients of the 2026 Energizing Tomorrow’s Leaders Scholarship Program. Through this year’s program, Cypress Creek Energy awarded a total of $112,500 in scholarships to support students as they pursue their educational goals and prepare to become the next generation of leaders and innovators.

The Energizing Tomorrow’s Leaders scholarship program

Launched in 2023, the Energizing Tomorrow’s Leaders Scholarship Program reflects Cypress Creek Energy’s commitment to investing in the communities where we develop, own, and operate solar and energy storage projects. Through the program, we support students as they pursue their educational goals while encouraging the next generation of innovators, leaders, and problem-solvers interested in renewable energy and other STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) fields.

Each recipient receives a one-time $2,500 scholarship to help cover tuition, housing, books, and other educational expenses. As part of the application process, students were asked to submit a short video responding to the question, “How does renewable energy affect your future?” Their submissions highlighted academic achievement, leadership, community involvement, and thoughtful perspectives on the role energy will play in their futures.

This year, Cypress Creek Energy awarded scholarships to 45 students across 24 communities nationwide, continuing to expand the program’s reach while celebrating the talent, creativity, and ambition of students in the communities we serve. We are proud to support these future leaders as they take the next step in their educational journeys.
