Cypress Creek’s first portfolio of projects were placed in service

The 26MW of solar capacity, located in North Carolina, began delivering energy to the electric grid, supplying clean energy to North Carolinians and launching Cypress Creek into the renewable energy space.

The Cypress Creek Control Center (C4) is located in our flagship office in Durham, North Carolina

One of just a handful of North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) – Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) compliant control centers in the country operated by a solar-only company, the C4 allows our team to provide 24/7/365 operations to third-party assets and those we own.

Company shifted to a new strategy centered on long-term value creation

At the heart of the Go Forward strategy is creating a renewable Independent Power Producer, with the full suite of capabilities to develop, build, own, and operate solar and storage projects for the long-term.

Cypress Creek had a renewed focus on development in dynamic wholesale markets, such as PJM and ERCOT, expanded its customer base to include corporate customers in addition to utilities, and shifted to a third-party model for Engineering, Procurement and Construction.
